Dr. Eric Burger Hinrichs

Eric is a true Renaissance man with more than four decades of information and telecommunications systems engineering, installation, operation, design, testing, training, logistics, intelligence operation, accreditation, acquisition, integration, COMSEC and INFOSEC engineering, quality assurance, network simulation, implementation and project management in Department of Defense command, control, computers, and intelligence systems (C4I). Mr. Hinrichs has supervised staffs of US and European personnel, NATO and college instructor in electronic warfare systems, information systems, programming languages, computer network design and electronics. Defense Acquisition University Certified Systems Engineer in Acquisition, Level III. He is fluent in six European languages. Mr. Hinrichs has academic degrees in Electrical Engineering, German Literature, Computer Science, Economics, Strategic Intelligence and a PhD in Theology.
