Jennifer Zephirin

Jennifer Zephirin is a Talent Management and Inclusion specialist who most recently severed as a Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Outreach at the Center for Talent Innovation, a non-profit think tank. Prior professional experiences include Diversity Manager at Morgan Stanley, Human Resources Associate at NERA Economic Research and an Investment Management Consultant at FACTSET Research. Zephirin's first book, with CTI, Misunderstood Millennial Talent: The Other Nintey-One Percent, is a passion project inspired by her personal experience as a first generation non-privileged diverse millennial.
