Martha Caldwell

Martha Caldwell teaches, consults, and writes. She teaches humanities at the Paideia School in Atlanta, GA, where she is the advisor for the middle level Girls’ Mentorship Program and the Gay/Straight Alliance. She co-founded iChange Collaborative (www.ichangecollaborative.com) to help schools foster positive identity development in their students, develop safe classrooms and create dynamic school cultures. She writes about identity formation in adolescence, social emotional learning, the importance of strong teacher identities, and ethical leadership.
