Christopher Cleveland

My name is Chris and I am perhaps amongst a handful of proud autistic authors trying to make his mark in the literary world. I may also be the first openly autistic author to attempt this via a sci-fi fantasy story like my Kingdom of Demigods book. As is made obvious by that book, I love to write about Greco-Roman mythology and hope to write, Egyptian, Norse (for my Dad), and Japanese Shintoism to name a few. I'm currently attending school in the hopes of becoming a Special Education Teacher so I can pay forward the experiences I acquired as a Special Education Student first and hope to spend my days in my hometown of Moab, once I'm finished with college. That is unless I travel and find a place, I like better of course, but I am falling back on my hometown for now thanks to what its people have done for me and what more than a few continue to do for me. I also work hardest for providing my sister with an alternative to the existence offered her by staying with our biological mother and hope to see her achieve her dreams of at least being a veterinarian technician (vet-tech), if not a zoologist (she REALLY loves animals). I work summers as a lifeguard and, sometimes, as a janitor for my town's city pool which is great since I can swim or use their gym for free on top of things I already love to do which include tennis, hiking, reading, writing (of course), and martial arts to name a few. Hope I have made myself a curious enough fellow to investigate and hope to see some people helping me help them provide a better e-book product as I step from the shadows of my former career as a fanfiction writer and into the light of paid, independent author.
