Sue Koch is a Career and Life Design Coach, speaker and author who launched her Sexy Second Act career following a corporate downsizing. She quickly found out how tough, scary, and unsettling it can be to navigate a major career transition once you've reached a "certain age."

And she learned she wasn't alone. A spark was ignited when she saw other talented professionals out of work and experiencing similar challenges. She wanted to work with Boomers who aren't interested in retiring and who are willing to tackle the challenge of creating a career and life that gives them the freedom and flexibility they desire, earns them a paycheck, and gives new meaning to their lives.
