Shawn Settle

Shawn Settle was born in 1973 and spent most of her childhood in the coastal town of Wilmington, NC. She has been writing since she was in third grade; and is currently an elementary teacher in San Antonio, Texas, teaching underprivileged children. She is an avid traveler and cross-stitcher. Her summers are spent traveling around the U.S. with her family with a goal of visiting all 50 states, which she will accomplish in 2017. It's not uncommon for places she has visited to show up in her stories.
