R. Randy Veillon

R. Randy Veillon is a native of Ville Platte, LA, and a longtime resident of Baton Rouge. Mr. Veillon has worked as a commercial loan officer for thirty-five plus years. As a graduate of the University of Lafayette, and the LSU School of Banking of the South, Mr. Veillon then completed studies at the University of Oklahoma School of Commercial Lending and later certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional.

After working as a commercial loan officer in private banking for many years, he accepted the position of commercial loan officer in the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, and later became Program Manager for the division of business lending. After serving the state of Louisiana for twenty years with honor and distinction, he went back into private commercial lending with Seedco, a company specializing in commercial loans for women and minorities. He was responsible for identifying and acquiring lending opportunities in targeted markets and providing technical assistance to community organization, banks, and government agencies.

In January 2012, Mr. Veillon formed his own company, Veillon Business Consulting, LLC, which specializes in brokering commercial loans.
