Mr Randy Scott Boucher

I was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. “My ancestors originally came from France and settled in Canada, then finally the United States when the Protestants were exiled. Today, French-Canadians are still the largest ethnic group in Woonsocket, and the city is proud of its French-Canadian heritage”.

My dad was a house painter and my mother a homemaker. My first job was sweeping floors in a machine shop. Later on, in life, I was running a machine shop.

I am an avid gardener; I paint when I can, and I'm very devoted to my pets. I also enjoy reading non-fiction. Some of my favorites are “Mrs. Kennedy and Me” by Gerald Blaine; “Out of Order” by Sandra Day O’Connor; “Waiting to be Heard” by Amanda Knox; “The Meaning of Matthew” by Judy Shepard; and I recently read, “White House Diary” by Jimmy Carter.

My favorite vacation was a trip I took with my husband Aaron to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. “We went zip-lining (a humorous event considering I am afraid of heights), swam with dolphins (even though I can’t swim), and went horseback riding (I rode a mean rocking horse when I was a kid)”.

I love my husband.
