Sherry Poundstone

Sherry Poundstone is the founder and director of FOCUS International-A Teaching Ministry for Women and co-owner of Christian Communicators. Sherry’s passion for teaching biblical principles, and organizing leadership teams, is the basis for her ministry. The mission of FOCUS is to “teach women that true freedom can only be found in Jesus Christ.”

Through teaching Bible studies, conference speaking, writing and mentoring, she has touched the lives of many women with God’s Word. Sherry hosts the internet radio show Coffee and the Word. Her latest book release is Becoming a Woman of Power with God, is a 10 week Bible study for women. She is also the author of Becoming a Woman of Character, a 12 week bible study, as well as a contributing writer to several online magazines.

Sherry and her husband, John, are founders of Bethesda Reno-Tahoe Ministry. John currently serves as Senior Leader of Restoration Church in Fernley, NV.
