As a world traveler, I enjoy writing about my experiences at home and abroad. After I retired from 36 years of teaching, my husband and I traveled the world for pleasure and on mission trips. When he and my parents became ill, my writings dealt with more serious situations and helped me deal with my grief after they passed away. My first devotional book, Ambushed by Glory in My Grief, shows how God showed up in my grief. Hope in Isolation is my second book of devotions which describes the way God is with us when we are isolated physically, mentally or spiritually. Both books give encouragement to those going through difficult situations.
