She is a speaker, trainer, coach, mum and a serial entrepreneur who has owned numerous types of businesses including Training and Coaching, Internet Marketing and Real Estate offices since 1995. Lisa is an accredited life coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and has studied Psychology at University.

Her busy life allows her to truly understand the pressures that today’s world places on women and their relationships, both at home and in their day-to-day lives.
