Born in northern New Jersey and lived there until I graduated John Carroll University. Worked in radio, first at WCLV-FM in Cleveland, Ohio, and then at WEAM-AM in Washington, D.C. Moved to Jupiter, Florida in 1973 where I became a bank auditor before starting a career in building. Working 25 years in construction building small shopping centers, warehouses, homes, and office buildings. In 2003 started radio station WJTW - 100.3FM in Jupiter and ran it for 11 years before retiring.
I started writing for my grandchildren because they had a school program called "Mystery Reader." That was where a parent or relative would sign up to come read to the kids. My daughter asked me to be one of the readers, and I agreed. After reading the first time, I realized I could write stories every bit as good as I could buy in the store. But then I added a wrinkle. I started putting the kids in the stories as the heroes. One of those stores was Stonebriar Academy - School for Dragon Riders, but it quickly became to long. So, I put it aside and wrote a different story. After a year or two, I went back and finished the book and published it through one of the self publishing companies. They put it on Amazon, and the book began to sell. To date, I written five of the Stonebriar books, a stand alone book entitled, "Christmas Tale Completed - The Redemption of Jacob Marley. Currently, I am working on finishing the last of the Stonebriar books.
