Michael Rodgers

Dr Michael Rodgers is Lecturer in English at West College Scotland and Southern Regional College.

He is the author of "Nabokov and Nietzsche: Problems and Perspectives" (Bloomsbury, 2018; awarded The Jane Grayson Prize by the International Vladimir Nabokov Society and shortlisted for The European Society of the Study of English [ESSE] Book Award 2020 for junior scholars) and co-editor, with Susan Elizabeth Sweeney, of "Nabokov and the Question of Morality: Aesthetics, Metaphysics, and the Ethics of Fiction" (Palgrave Macmillan, 2016).

Rodgers’ wider research interests include twentieth-century literature, theory, and culture; the intersection between literature and philosophy; Bob Dylan; and humour.
