Ginger Garner

Ginger Garner PT, MPT, DPT, ATC-Ret, DipACLM is a doctor of physical therapy, board-certified lifestyle medicine specialist, and orthopedic and pelvic health expert with advanced training in musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging, dry needling, visceral and myofascial manual therapies, menopause care, and integrative medicine, including yoga therapy and Pilates. Dr. Garner earned her master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the author of multiple book chapters and textbooks, including Medical Therapeutic Yoga and Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine in Physical Therapy, and developed the first yoga therapy certification for medical providers.

She owns Garner Pelvic Health, hosts The Vocal Pelvic Floor podcast, and serves as a global educator and thought leader for universities and continuing education organizations. Dr. Garner holds leadership roles in the American Physical Therapy Association and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and contributes to state and federal health policy. She lectures internationally on orthopedic and pelvic health, including voice-to-pelvic methodology, hip dysplasia and hypermobility, endometriosis, and menopause.
