Douglas Ford

Douglas Ford has worked on hundreds of documentary and training films as writer/director/producer and more recently as a writer and polisher of screenplays.

For several years he was based at Pinewood Film studios where he provided services to film and TV productions ; he has produced over 50 launch programmes for Rover Cars and a series of business films for the Post Office (Royal Mail).

His adaptation of Allan Eckert's best selling novel 'The HAB Theory' won best sci-fi screenplay in the TRMS (2011) screenplay competition and more recently he has been commissioned by two authors to adapt their original work for television and film.
