Born in Brooklyn, NY, a melting pot full of locals and immigrants, Mario has tasted delicious food and has seen many crazy things throughout the years.

His taste buds have had the pleasure of trying many types of food from various cultures and countries such as: Italian, French, German, Russian, Polish, Spanish, African, Indian, Brazilian, Colombian, Peruvian, Cuban, Mexican, Greek, Lebanese, Syrian, Israeli, Chinese, Hunan, Szechwan, Japanese, Thai, Cantonese, Korean, Tex-Mex, of course American, and some others.

Mario loves taking the best foods he's tasted and turn them into delicious copycat recipes.

Using the Old-Time Classic Favorites of traditional food recipes, are usually the focus, but at times the temptation of making something new is not uncommon.

Mario believes that recipes should be easy to follow with simple directions so that new chefs can make anything their heart desires.

Although Mario has completed general culinary classes in the U.S. and Thailand and has worked as a chef and bartender, he did not stop there. He's always coming up with something new.
