Anna Lundberg has lived the very definition of conventional success - and now helps others redefine it. Voted “Most likely to succeed” at school, she graduated as valedictorian before studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, working across global brand strategy and digital transformation, before leaving mid-sabbatical to build a business on her own terms.

As founder of One Step Outside, Anna has spent more than a decade coaching hundreds of high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs to build careers and businesses that deliver results without sacrificing their health or relationships. Her rare blend of philosophical depth, lived experience, and business pragmatism gives her unique credibility to guide others towards lasting change.

Anna has an established and growing platform. She hosts the Reimagining Success® podcast, a top 3% globally ranked show since 2018 with more than 350 episodes and a loyal international audience, and has published two books on leaving corporate life, laying the foundation for her current work on redefining success. Her writing has appeared in publications including Business Insider, Inc, and Psychologies magazine.

A sought-after speaker, Anna has delivered 800+ workshops and leadership sessions for organisations including Unilever, Reckitt, and Urban Outfitters. She is an ICF-certified coach and has pursued further studies in positive and organisational psychology.
