Dr. Randall Hartman is a writer and speaker specializing in helping leaders and churches maximize potential.

After serving 30 years as a successful minister he became nationally trained to lead churches through transition. He has worked with churches in Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, and New Jersey.

Dr. Hartman earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Grace Theological Seminary. He graduated cum laude with a Master of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University.
