Doug Knight

Doug Knight born January 13, 1950, in Princeton, Indiana and raised in Evansville, Indiana started at an early age making up stories, beginning with scaring the cousins in Grandma Knight's bedroom with original ghost stories to sharing comic strips he created on notebook paper with grade school friends. Doug found he could please others with his tales and make their lives a little more enjoyable.

Doug Knight's first published novel, A River Bend was a combination of his love for storytelling, his love for God and Biblical truth, and his love of his home state of Indiana achieving a dream-come-true since fourth grade. A River Bend and its sequel, Through the Valley of the Shadow contain elements of drama and romance written in a contemporary setting.

Doug Knight hopes to be writing until he cannot write anymore and publish many more novels with the next one about three castaways shipwrecked on a forgotten island inhabited by demon worshipers. One can learn more about Mr. Knight's writing and his perspectives on life on his blog, kingservant.com.
