Nipa Shah

Currently living in Michigan, Nipa Shah was born in India, and moved to the United States in 1985, after an arranged marriage (which is quite another story in itself). After spending twenty years at General Motors, as a "techie", Nipa quit Corporate America to become an entrepreneur, launching a digital marketing company in 2004.

In 2014, armed only with an MBA and two decades of Corporate America experience, and lacking any film related background (or contacts) whatsoever, Nipa became a filmmaker, producing her first film, Paid in Full; which had its red carpet premiere on April 3rd 2016.

"I love to read," Nipa says. "And I love to write.
