David Gin-Wen Liu

劉靖文，原名劉敬文，祖籍四川奉節，1946年出生於上海，1949年隨父母到台灣讀書、當兵、就業、成家，1988年移民美國創業，2016年退休。國防大學理工學院工業工程系畢業，曾任：聯勤兵工廠中校所長、美商公司工程部經理、股票上市公司協理兼廠長、外商電信公司專案部處長、黨營事業電子公司副總經理、跨國公司駐美副總經理、矽谷電子公司總經理。曾任僑務委員會僑務諮詢委員、僑務委員會僑務顧問、國民黨十九屆中央委員（候補）、國民黨十八、十九屆全會黨代表、舊金山榮光聯誼會理事長、北加州中國和平統一促進會發起人、北加州中國大專校聯會常務理事、北加州國防大學理工學院校友會會長、北加州女師附小校友會會長。

David Gin-Wen Liu, formerly known as Jing-Wen Liu, was born in 1946 in Shanghai. His ancestor came from Sichuan Fengjie. David Liu came to Taiwan in 1949 with his parents and study in Taiwan, complete his military service and he got married in 1988, emigrated to the United States and started up his business. He retired in 2016. He was gradated from National Defense University, majored in the Industrial Engineering. He ever served as Director of Joint Service Colonel Arsenal, American engineering company manager, Associate Director of the Telecommunications Companies, Deputy General Manager of the Electronics Corp in San Jose and General Manager of a Silicon Valley Electronics Company, etc. He has been active in participation of activities of Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee (ROC), the Ninth KMT Central Committee (alternate), the Official Representative of KMT Party in USA, Chairman of the San Francisco Association of Glory (ROC), Northern California Association for Peaceful Reunification of China, sponsor of Northern California Chinese School Association, Executive Director of the Alumni of National Defense University in Northern California, President of Alumni Association of Women Elementary School in Northern California.
