Roselin Casanova, author of ‘Finding the way home’

“The beauty of every bad thing is the greatness of good.”

—Roselin Casanova

Roselin Casanova was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in 1974. Originally a Computer Engineer, Roselin began writing while working at Devon Energy as Filed Development Specialist for the Reservoir Team in Thermal Heavy Oil. She self-published ‘Finding the way home’ fusing together her lived experiences with her imagination. She was inspired by her mother’s songwriting and composer skills, by her family history and by some of her favorite books, such as ‘The Alchemist’ and ‘The Fifth Mountain’ by Paulo Coelho and ‘The House of the Spirits’ by Isabel Allende.

She has helped others to find their own purpose in life. Writing represents to her a channel to reach others and share her experiences, thoughts, and messages. In addition to this, writing enables her to employ her imagination and creativity in new and exciting ways.

Roselin Casanova currently lives in Calgary where she enjoys doing writing, music and playing video games with her lovely son.
