Daniel Kloppich

Daniel Kloppich studied media computer science at the Technical University of Dresden. In 2009, he began his career as a consultant at Comarch AG in the telecommunications sector, later joining NTT DATA Business Solutions Global Managed Services GmbH in Dresden.

Since 2012, Daniel has been recognized as an expert in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). He brings extensive experience in SAP consulting and agile project management, contributing to a variety of customer projects. His expertise includes ITIL practices and IT Service Management within hybrid environments, focusing on the transition and operations phases on a global scale.

Before assuming his current position, Daniel excelled as a Team Lead and Global Topic Lead. In 2023, he was appointed Global Head of CoE ALM, where he leads strategic initiatives and drives innovation in ALM practices worldwide.
