Elyse Kopecky

Driven to help others eat right and live healthy, Elyse Kopecky is a 2-time New York Times best-selling cookbook author, nutrition coach, and inspirational speaker. She co-authored Run Fast. Eat Slow. and Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow. with 4-time Olympian and NYC Marathon Champion, Shalane Flanagan. Elyse is also a mom and avid trail runner which inspires her passion to fuel others and the future through enriching food.

Elyse’s work has been featured in Women’s Health, Runners World, Outside, Sports Illustrated, People, and ESPN and on Good Morning America, TODAY, CBS, and NBC news. She writes a monthly column for Women’s Running Magazine and is a Saucony ambassador. She loves teaching cooking classes both online and at events.
