Paul W. Lewis

Paul W(esley) Lewis is Professor of Historical Theology and Intercultural Studies at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Springfield, Missouri. He was the Editor of the International Journal of Pentecostal Missiology, the Asian Journal of Pentecostal Studies, and Encounter: Journal for Pentecostal Ministry. He holds a MA in History (Southwest Missouri State University), MDiv (Assemblies of God Theological Seminary), and PhD in Religion (Baylor University). He and his family lived in East Asia for 17 years (including 6 years as Dean at the Asia Pacific Theological Seminary, Baguio, Philippines) before relocating to Springfield, Missouri. His writings and interest are in the intersection between theology, history and missions/intercultural studies.
