Dr. Nic Williams

Dr. Nic Williams is a pastor, theologian, and author who is passionate about helping people grow deeper in their faith and live out the hope of the gospel in everyday life. He serves as the Lead Pastor of South Shore Community Church in Sarasota, Florida, where he has led a vibrant and growing congregation since 2016. With more than two decades in full-time ministry, Nic has served in roles ranging from Youth and Worship Pastor to Teaching and Lead Pastor.

As an author, Nic writes with clarity, authenticity, and a deep love for Scripture. His books—including When Fear and Faith Collide and Be Free: Letting Go of the Baggage That Holds You Back—are designed to guide readers into a stronger walk with Christ, offering both biblical insight and practical application. His upcoming projects continue this mission, equipping believers to live with courage, freedom, and purpose.

Beyond preaching and writing, Nic hosts the Beyond Sunday podcast, where he discusses theology, leadership, marriage, parenting, and the everyday challenges of following Christ.

Nic and his wife, Lory, have been married since 2007 and are raising two children, Aubrie and Noah. Whether teaching, writing, or spending time with his family, Nic’s heart is to point people toward Jesus with both truth and grace.
