VASUDEVAN M.P., I.R.S., Assistant Commissioner of Customs, retired from service after rendering an exemplary and distinguished service of more than thirty three years in the Customs and Central Excise [now Goods and Services Tax (GST)] Organizations under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He is owning his own website, www.referencer.in, (A Reference Library for Customs, Excise and GST Officers and Tax Payers) to assist the fellow officers in their official duty and educate the tax payers in tax matters. He has to his credit many published articles and four books, i.e. Warehousing Handbook, Referencer for Import Docks Officers (Two Volumes), Referencer for Air Customs Officers (Two Editions) and Referencer for GST Acts.
