As Melissa climbed her corporate career she found herself struggling to own her voice, own her seat at the table, and most importantly own her dream. It wasn’t until she realized she was missing two core elements, belief and courage, did things change. Now as a keynote speaker, trainer, executive leadership coach, and Courageous Life Strategist, she spends her time traveling and speaking to help others live courageously as well. She is the Founder of the Courageous Life Academy, a coaching and consulting firm, where she specializes in helping her clients in three core areas 1) excelling in their current career 2) transitioning from their career to their calling and 3) growing their existing business.
