John Hoskins

John began his career selling sales and sales leadership training

with Xerox Learning Systems. First appointed an account exec-

utive in the firm’s Toronto office, he was subsequently named

regional sales manager, general sales manager, and, ultimately,

Director of U.S. Sales Operations.

Next, John joined Omega Performance, an international bank

consulting firm, as EVP Sales and Marketing.

Then, together with two partners, John founded Advantage

Performance Group and The Real Learning Company, a human

performance management venture that grew to a national network of

More than 75 performance consultants serving 300 clients. This

business realized $24 million when acquired by a Stockholm-based

public multinational.

John has sold or oversaw the sale of more than $350 million of

licensed training, and today his practice is focused exclusively on

the sales function. His work includes executive coaching, develop-

ing sales management processes, sales forecast management, sales-

force assessment and recruiting, new product launch, sales talent

development and sales coaching.
