Debbie Herrington-Mitchell

Debbie was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and began her career in sales. She eventually relocated to Erie, PA after taking a pharmaceutical job with Bristol-Myers Squibb. Through work Debbie met and married her doctor hubby, Tom. Although Debbie enjoyed sales she never felt she fit into the corporate world. Debbie longed to express herself creatively! Debbie comes from a long line of successful creative people! Including; writers, movie directors, artist and an Academy Award nominee! Debbie once had a part as an extra in a movie directed by her cousin. The movie was called "Striking Distance" starring Bruce Willis. Although, if you wanted to see her in her shinning moment you would have to pause the movie, squint really hard and have a really good set of binoculars!

Debbie currently lives in Meadville, PA with her husband Tom and her two boys Jack and Dylan.

Debbie's book is now a three time award winning book! Her book won "The New York Best Beach Read Book Festival 2017" in the spiritual category! In addition, Debbie's book has also received an Honorable mention in the 2017 "Hollywood Book festival" and an Honorable mention in the 2017 " London Book Festival", making her book an international award winning book!!!
