Laura Ghedina

Even before her career as a holistic health coach and Systemic Family Constellation Practitioner Laura knew she was meant to be a healer. Her professional work started as a Waldorf teacher, where she supported children and adolescents, along with their parents. In 2003 she attended a systemic constellations workshop, and she sensed that this work would allow her to heal family dynamics so that love could flow freely.

In 2013 that personal passion turned into a profession. After struggling with weight herself for more than 18 years Laura recognized the deep healing available for individuals and families struggling with weight issues. After training at the New England Institute for Systemic Constellations Laura continued her education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is now a certified Health Coach for Integrative Nutrition. She is determined to support individuals and families stop obesity patterns, lose weight for good, and live happy and healthy lives.

From her own experience with body struggles Laura began to understand that resolving the underlying causes was essential to sustainable weight loss. Her signature program, “Emotional Detoxing,” combines a unique blend of systemic family constellation work, health coaching, energy healing, and soul integration.

Laura was honored to present her findings around body image and emotional eating to the North American Systemic Constellation Conference in San Diego in November 2015.

When she’s not coaching individuals, she offers group workshops and talks in New England and around the world.

In her spare time she translates the work of German author Marc Baco, offers lectures and interviews on emotional eating and weight issues, or takes part in organic farming. She now lives in Newtown, Connecticut, with her fifteen year old son, their Golden Retriever Lotte, and cat Ginger.
