Tess Hughes

Tess Hughes was born in the West of Ireland and still lives there. She spent 50 years seeking something, not knowing what, and not conscious what she was seeking, until she finally found the answer she had always been seeking as Self-realisation, Enlightenment or Christ consciousness in 2010. This book, This Above All, is a spiritual memoir, where she shares that journey, the journey that everyone is on, whether they know it or not.

Her path is very modern in the sense that it is not locked into any one tradition, but is informed by all of the major religions of the world. She refers to the classical spiritual teachings which guided her as the perennial wisdom.
