Annie Downey

Annie Downey has a PhD in Higher Education and a Master's in Library Science from the University of North Texas. She has written and presented on service design, critical librarianship, information literacy, K-20 library instruction, assessment, and academic library administration. She spends her non-work time caring for her three daughters, solving the world’s problems with her husband, creating with whatever craft she’s into at the moment, watching the birds in her backyard, hiking, and reading.
