Axel Schwarz

Axel Schwarz was born in Saint Louis, Missouri, and has lived in Baltimore, Los Angeles, Barcelona, San Francisco, Florence, Paris and San Diego. The author of several books and short stories, he has also worked as a dishwasher, camp counselor, wilderness guide, teacher, coach and writer. He is currently teaching, revising two novels and back to washing dishes, this time in the French bakery he owns with his wife.
