Xinkun Wang

Dr. Wang is the director of the Northwestern University Next-Generation Sequencing Facility. Previously he directed the Genomics Facility and Genome Sequencing Laboratory at the University of Kansas. Dr. Wang is a genomicist and a renowned expert in genome technologies and their applications to biomedical research. His research interest is focused on unraveling genomic changes in brain aging and neurodegenerative diseases, mostly Alzheimer’s disease.
