Sally Schrempf

A self-proclaimed health nut, Sally Schrempf has been touting the benefits of nutritious, delicious, REAL food for over forty years.

She was born in the UK but left in her late teens to escape the cold weather! After living in Spain for four years, she moved to the USA.

Sally has two wonderful children and two adorable grandsons. She and her husband, Jim, live in Arizona, where she loves to be out in the sunshine riding her bike, or sitting in the shade reading and writing.
