For twenty years as a top international ad executive Rob Rosenthal was paid to present creative concepts around the world to company presidents and convention audiences alike. By night he performed his standup routine at all the top comedy clubs in New York City and earned a professional cooking degree from the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education.
He combines all those pursuits and passions to produce and present ideas, information and recommendations about food - with humor - to inform, entertain and inspire audiences -
whether live, on-camera, or through his writing. He is also the personal chef to his wife and daughters, who named him Short Order Dad.
