Britt Pitre

Britt Pitre is an independent filmmaker, author and college professor. He has written, produced and directed three feature films, several shorts, a documentary and a TV pilot. But long before he ever became interested in film, writing was his first love. At the age of twelve he wrote the first six chapters of novel, but abandoned it when he met a group of friends that introduced him to the world of comic books. One visual medium led to another, and soon he found himself writing screenplays. But he has never forgotten his love for fiction, and has now returned to the dream of his twelve-year-old self.
