About the Author

Alexandre Silva Cruz known as "Xandy Guitta" was born in the heart of Minas Gerais - Estrela Dalva.

He came to Rio de Janeiro and began his musical studies in electric and acoustic guitar at the age of fifteen.

In 1991, completed the theory and harmony course-Associated Schools São Paulo-SP.

In 1998, Xandy Guitta went to the United States (U.S.) and took guitar lessons in "Nashville Tennessee, The Capital of Music".

In 2010, completed the extension course (Theory and Musical Perception) held at the Brazilian Conservatory of Music - University Center. Also in 2010, completed the professional guitar course-E.M.M with exclusive curriculum of GIT/MI (Guitar Institute of Technology / Musician Institute-Los Angeles-"LA"-USA) and Berklee College of Music in Boston-USA).

In 2011, he began his graduation in the Brazilian Conservatory of Music-University Center in Art Education with specialization in music transferring that course for a BA(BACHELOR) in music and technology.
