Sophia Hamilton

Sophia Hamilton lives in the US and spends her time jostling between her busy full time work as a teacher, looking after her beautiful son Louis, and spending time in the great outdoors whenever she gets a chance!

She loves to cook and prepare delicious meals for her whole family and she didn’t think having a baby should be an exception to the homemade food she is so passionate about. After trying the shop bought jars and bottles available she couldn’t help thinking there was a better way so she dedicated her time to researching and finding the best foods to serve Louis, gaining advice from those around her about what and when to feed him, and creating tasty recipes for her baby to enjoy and benefit from.

Her mission is to empower other busy parents to be able to prepare their own baby food without having to spend a fortune and even saving money by doing so!
