Britta Lee Shain

Britta Lee Shain is an author and songwriter whose 2016 memoir, Seeing The Real You At Last: Life And Love On The Road With Bob Dylan, is #15 on The New York Post's (January 1st, 2017) "40 Best Books of 2016 That You Must Read Immediately." Her story and her writing have been critically acclaimed as well as heralded by both Dylan fans and "mere mortals" alike. Shain's latest CD, What The Heart Wants, (a sometime companion to the book), includes a song she wrote with Bob Dylan, You Can Blow My Mind (If You Want To), a song she wrote for him, and Dylan’s latter-day hit, “Make You Feel My Love.”

Seeing the Real You At Last: Life And Love On The Road With Bob Dylan was translated into French on April 22, 2016 under the title Vie et amour: Sur la route avec Bob Dylan (French Edition).
