Jana Str?inar

Jana Stržinar is a versatile artist. She live in Ljubljana, Slovenia and devote her life to creating fairy tales. When creating and making puppets, she builds stage shows and content for the book. She builds shows in which she perform with puppets and illustrates her books with photographs of this puppets in the nature. Her enlightening fairy tales are full of rich symbolism related to real life.

In her fairy tale's world, evil has not been conquered and destroyed but is something which can help us recognise good. Everyone can change and become good; and, everyone can learn something from evil. Life is not black and white; we can also experience it in rainbow colours like a rainbow adventure.

She believe the future of humanity is not in the fight between good and evil. Fight is war and always ends in destruction. What is important is the deep connection with the good spirit inside of each individual and with nature at the same time. We are a part of nature. Nature is our fairy world.

We begin educating our children almost as soon as they are born – but we also need to instil in them a proper attitude towards all living and non-living things on the Earth as early as possible.
