DS Holmes

DS Holmes (aka David Holmes) writes stories that take readers to a different time and place, such as Berlin, 1941, in The Book Finder, and French Indochina, 1954, in The Girl from Perfume River. The author has lived and travelled in Asia, served in the Army, and now hikes at Mt. Rainier National Park and walks his dog. With an affection for animals, he has written the short novels C is for Chihuahua, D is for Dog, G is for German Shepherd, F is for French Bulldog and others. There's a spy thriller, Escape from North Korea: The Spy of Seoul, and a supernatural thriller: The Vampire Trilogy, featuring ghosts, shapeshifters and angels in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. There is also Stella by Star Light, a follow-up to The Book Finder (which is The Berlin Trilogy). Finally, Murder in Morocco is an international crime story involving kidnapping, terrorism and a love story. Just out, be sure to read the follow-up to Murder in Morocco, Little Doctor of Casablanca.
