Sharon Gulley

Sharon Gulley was born in New Port, Rhode Island in 1965 at a Military Hospital on a Plantation during the later years of her Father's service in the Navy. She is the oldest of three children. At the age of 40 in 2005, she became a professional truck driver and heavy equipment operator from 2005 to 2012 when she retired from her new career to care for her mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's & Dementia. Sharon has shared her experiences with domestic violence and becoming a Speaker/Advocate on the rising impact of Domestic Violence, and an advocate of sharing your story to heal yourself and others. Her writing career has taken her to become a Creative Writer, Ghostwriter, Editor, Self-Publisher, Book Cover Designer, Magazine Publisher, ANULP Certified Transformational Life Coach, ULC Minister of Faith, Podcaster on Anchor.FM by Spotify, where she coaches from her own life experiences and knowledge. She is an Article Writer, and more. Sharon has been featured by Pebstra.com, Tribute Magazine.com, Global International.com, and PoetrySoup.com for her many works. Sharon coaches on living life abundantly at any level in life and spiritual wholeness. She is now a contributing Blog writer and Life coach with 'The Coaches' on Facebook and has co-authored alongside her Life Coach Colleagues an Anthology called, 'The Shattered Glass of a Broken Virtuous Woman'.

From 2015 to 2021 she has become a US & Internationally, Multi-time Bestselling Co-Author with (WOM) 'Women On A Mission Enterprises, LLC. Publishing, Owned by Teresa Hawley Howard; and She is a Best Seller in her independently published Anthology called, 'Spiritual Spectrums - Our Journey to the Light Within' , along with 9 contributing Co-Authors. One of her Co-Authors was her Amazing Publisher, Teresa Hawley Howard of WOM Enterprises, LLC, and She independently published an anthology called, The Beauty of Poetry & Prose - Anthology Collection. Her latest publication is a revised copy of her first publication now called, Visiting the Willow Tree- Revisited - New Poetry & Old Stories Retold where she shares her childhood memories and her life's journey; this book was revisited for cleaner and larger fonts for reading. Sharon is a great admirer of poetry. She believes every child should have the opportunity to experience the many different types of written poetry; She has shared a few variable poetry writes in her children's poetry section of the book. The book is for most all ages and has a few great bedtime stories too.

Her favorite authors include James Agee, Robert Frost, Ann Rice, Emily Dickerson, TS Elliot, and Mark Twain. She now resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her family and continues to help empower others by writing, speaking, and encouraging others to share their story.
