Megan Wargula

Megan Wargula is a native of Georgia and is passionate about kindness, dogs, music, and making the world a better place. From an early age, The Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," was instilled in her and is a guiding principle not only in her books, but in her life. After writing the Riley Carson Series, middle-grade mysteries with an animal welfare twist, Megan decided it was time to incorporate the true story of Evan Dando from The Lemonheads taking her to her prom into a sweet young adult romance. It's such a great story, it had to be told! Everyone says it is straight out of a movie, so hopefully you'll see Nice Girls Finish First on the big screen someday.

In addition to writing novels, Megan loves hiking with her husband, Michael, and their dogs, designing gifts for dog lovers through her business, Hound and Thistle, and co-hosting a podcast with Michael called Dog Nerd Show. Megan and Michael are currently documenting their home build in the North Georgia Mountains at Thistledown Home.
