Robert Ray

Robert Ray is the author of the Dane Hunter mystery series. The first, Murder at Myrtle Hill Plantation, garnered excellent reviews--and the second, Death Dive Ripples, was released February 18, 2020. He is currently co-writing the next in the series, A Family Tapestry Unravels, with Nancy Brant, as well as writing the fourth, A Face In The Outhouse.

When he's not writing, Robert enjoys painting. He especially enjoys watercolors and finds painting them a stress reliever. Those in his life are lucky in that his other hobby is BAKING. His spackle cheesecake even figures into a vibrant scene in Murder at Myrtle Hill Plantation.

Robert previously served as the Chief of Staff then Deputy Director For Management for the Department of Defense's Education Activity supporting dependent schools, grades K-12, worldwide. A graduate of Saint Leo University, he is the former owner/operator of the award winning 1895 Inn of Savannah, Georgia. He currently lives in north Georgia.
