Jesse Carter

Jessie Carter was born on Christmas Day in 1986, in a city in northeast Tennessee known as Kingsport in the Tri-Cities area. He served honorably in the United States Air Force(2008-2016). Jessie specializes in writing screenplays. His favorite genres are horror, thriller and suspense. His beliefs are that all film should have cathartic value. "I believe those who can't act, write. I also believe if those who can do both are in an entirely different league." He credits any success he has to Northeast State Community College and his family, Amanda Carter and Samuel, his son.
