Johnny Franklin

Johnny L. Franklin Jr. is a prolific writer from Memphis, TN. He is a graduate of Southwest Tennessee Community College and Le-Moyne Owen College, where he earned an Associate's and Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. In March of 2020, he graduated with honors from Capella University and received a Master's Degree in Public Administration.
