Stephen Scorer

Stephen Scorer aka Steven Thomas-Spires (Born 28th July 1969). Sports mad and a follower of the mighty reds, a lifelong tricky tree and also not a bad player in his day!, who loves nothing more than blowing his own trumpet.

Other than football I have been a very successful track and field athlete, with a vast amount of bling to hang around my neck, I have also represented Wales in masters athletics.

Having always done the manual side off work, it came as a shock to take up writing? which had been a lifelong ambition, but I have always held myself back. You see I wasn't the brightest bulb in the lighthouse we can call school!

Should I call myself a Gay advocate, maybe. I also support mental health charities I am a carer and also a sufferer off this awful disease.

I have yet to find my writing direction, poetry is a big part at the moment along with writing about mental health issues.
