Pamela Cannalte

After decades of working for both technical and creative corporations all over the United States, including Alaska, Pamela has returned to writing and substitute teaching in the Ouray and Ridgway, Colorado school districts. With a major in education and a minor in psychology, her background also includes 28+ years in public relations, television sales, advertising (including direct response), and administration. She has published five children’s books, one young adult sci-fi novel, and is working on her sixth children’s picture book, and second in a series sci-fi novel. She also has a passion for photography and the outdoors. Pamela is involved in her community, including working part-time as a fundraiser for events and administrative assistant for the non-profit Uncompahgre Watershed Partnership, which is dedicated to preserving our environment. Pamela lives outside of the quaint town of Ridgway, Colorado at the base of the San Juan Mountains.
